kittens, puppies, goat cheese, Fred

My favorite site. You can rank the occurances in the news of anything that you want. Peanut and butter. Starsky and Hutch, apples and pummelos, it doesn't matter. Try it!

Okay, Agatestone,

I tried some topics from our blogs: Dreams, poetry, pummelo, The A-Team, and by your suggestion, Starsky and Hutch.

Here is how the ranking went:

Poetry: 7
Pummelo: 2
Dreams: 7
"Starsky and Hutch:" 14
"The A Team:" 50,444

Really. I guess I'm not the only person into mindless entertainment. But I suppose I could have guessed that, given the number of weird reality shows that are on these days. I much prefer fictional explosions. Anyway, on one of my ultra-fatigued commutes from a long day at work, I started thinking, "Isn't the A-Team really sort of like MacGuyver on crack?" But that could just be the way my mind works...

BTW, Britney Spears is pregnant again??

Willow,

1) No, Brittney Spears is not pregnant again, but I don't want to be the last to know, when she does become pregnant again.

2) I just don't understand this fascination you have with the A-Team. MacGuyver is WAAAAY better! Richard Dean Anderson sure has aged well.

To be embarassingly honest, when I think of all the traits that I would like in a man, they usually end up as similar to the traits that MacGuyver has. He's into health food, he's not afraid of anything, he loves the outdoors, and he could probably fix my leaky basement with a roll of duct tape and a stick of gum. And yes, RDA has definitely aged well. I wish I could get into that show he is on now, but it just hasn't held my interest.

Anyway, about the A-Team: I may blog a bit about this general subject, but the short answer is that with the amount of really tough reality I face at my job, it's nice to watch a show that has absolutely no connection to said reality. The A-Team is just a current favorite at the moment (I rediscovered it since I have days off in the middle of the week).
