I am sad to say that I am not very versed in Jewish culture and practice. I believe that Matzoh is a type of unleavened bread?
Yes, making it into a toilet seat definitely qualifies as a bit odd.
This reminds me of a former co-worker (Catholic) who had a comment on displays of the Virgin Mary in bathtubs in people's yards. The bathtub would be standing on one end, and Mary would be inside of it. Depending on the decorator, there may or may not be other items pertaining to the faith around the bathtub.
Anyway, my co-worker called the displays "Our Lady of the Bathtub." I can't help but think this is a Catholic version of the Matzoh toilet seat.
I guess there are all kinds of faiths (I know this may not be grammatically correct but hey, it's late), and all kinds of ways to express faith.
I know I've said it before but it is certainly an interesting world we live in! :)

In case you're not sure, it's a matzoh toilet seat! Crazy, eh?
