Okay, I am much curious about why you are damning cows and their juice.
On another note (regarding black bean dip and breadsticks), I tried something heavenly Up North that you may be interested in: Sweet Potato Nachos.
I know, I thought they would be disgusting too, but they turned out to be delicious. The sweet potato chips didn't taste like sweet potatoes, but they had this delightful flavor and crunchiness to them that actually went really well in a nacho recipe. They were also good on their own.
Yep, I'm back and will truly try to keep in better touch.
